The SBL Bucs’ player of the game was extra hitter Trent Turquand who went 2 for 3 with two singles and was one of the runs scored. When asked about his performance today, he said “I think I changed my mental approach today, I was a bit more aggressive.”

Pitching also had a slow day today giving up six earned runs, when asked about his pitching staff, Coach Evan O’Meara said “pitching which is usually strong, even though there isn’t much of it, it kind of fell apart today.”
