Pirates All-Star Crew Finalized

Five Ventura County Pirates have earned a spot in the Sunset Baseball league All-Star Game after lineups were announced by the league on Independence Day.

Jessie Gallindo, Gabe Gonzalez, Max Sterner, Ellis Stevens, and Josh Arkin will represent Ventura County. Gallindo will be on the mound.

Gabe Gonzalez will also compete in the Home Run Derby prior to the game.

Amerige park in Fullerton will host the All-Star competition Wednesay, July 11. The derby begins at 5:45 p.m.
